Chapter 18 · 18.12
I can't see a feature that's mentioned in this guide
In this guide, we use a Power Webhost package, which shows nearly all parts of DirectAdmin. Can't you see a particular section? There are a few common reasons for this. Check them below.
1. You're in the wrong package
Each hosting package has its own DirectAdmin. If you have several, check the top right for Hello, followed by your username, and check the domain on the dashboard. If it's not right, go back to My Products in My WebOké and click DirectAdmin in the row of the correct package (see Signing in via My WebOké).
2. You have an e-mail package
With an e-mail package, such as Email One, you'll only see the sections for e-mail and DNS. Sections for websites are missing, such as File Manager, Databases, FTP Management, Subdomain Management, Installatron Applications Installer, Select PHP version and Terminal. You also won't see E-mail Tracking and IMAPSync Migrations there.

Do you also want a website, or would you like to use these sections? Then you'll need a hosting package.
3. The section has a different name for you
In this guide, we use the English names from DirectAdmin. If DirectAdmin is set to a different language for you, the sections will have different names. Switch the language to English to find them again (see Changing the language of DirectAdmin), or search for the topic with Ctrl+K (see Quick search with Ctrl+K and Ctrl+J).
4. You're looking at the wrong domain
If you have several domains in your package, many pages work per domain, such as e-mail, DNS and forwardings. Does a setting seem to have disappeared? Check the top right of the page to see which domain is selected, and choose the right one (see Working with multiple domains: the domain selector).
5. The section isn't included with every hosting package
Some sections aren't included with every package. Terminal and SSH, for example, are only included in Power Webhost Three and Four, AI Wordpress Three and Power Reseller. Do you need a section that you can't see? Ask us whether it's available with a different package. You can switch packages in My WebOké under My Products, Admin and then Change hosting package.
6. You've reached a limit
Can you see the section, but you can't add anything, or do you get a message saying you've reached your limit? Then you've hit the maximum for your package, for example the number of domains. You can see your limits on the DirectAdmin dashboard (see Tour: the dashboard and your limits). You can arrange more space or extra domains in My WebOké under Admin of your package, under Configurable options or Change hosting package.
7. It's in My WebOké, not in DirectAdmin
You can arrange some things in My WebOké, or you can do so there as well:
| What | Where in My WebOké |
|---|---|
| DNS for your domains | My Domains, with your domain (see DNS in My WebOké and with external name servers such as Cloudflare) |
| Forwardings for domains without hosting | My Domains and then Forwardings (see Can I also do this in My WebOké? Domains per package and Forwarders) |
| Restoring a backup made by us | WebOké Backups under My Products (see Can I also do this in My WebOké? WebOké Backups) |
| Managing WordPress and other websites | Website Manager under My Products (see Can I also do this in My WebOké? The Website Manager) |
| Moving e-mail from another provider | Move e-mail under My Products (see Migrating email via My WebOké) |
| Setting your DA password | My Products, Admin, Change DA password block (see Setting or changing your DA password) |
| Lifting an IP block | Support Centre and then Am I blocked? (see Solving login problems) |
Can't you see WebOké Backups in the My WebOké menu? Then you don't have an active hosting or e-mail package, or you're logged in as an additional user without access to products. Log in as the main account, or ask us to restore a backup.
8. You don't see a DirectAdmin button in My WebOké
This happens if your package isn't active, if it's not a hosting package (such as Nextcloud or a standalone domain name), or if you're logged in as an additional user without the right permissions. Read Solving login problems.
9. Something in your browser is hiding it
An ad blocker or other browser extension can sometimes hide parts of DirectAdmin or leave a page blank. Try a private window, or a different browser.
Still haven't found it?
Ask the AI assistant in My WebOké, or create a ticket. Let us know which section you're looking for and with which package (see Asking for help: what should you tell support?).
